An emerging fintech company that distinguishes itself with a commission-free trading platform is seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to join its Marketing team of three members. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager of the Japan branch and will play a crucial role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies for their products.
Roles/Responsibilities
- The marketing department of a brokerage firm is dedicated to acquiring customers and boosting sales through online strategies, with a focus on influencer and ASP (affiliate service provider) channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Influencer Management: Developing, negotiating with, and managing influencers to drive customer acquisition.
- ASP Oversight: Managing affiliate service providers to support customer acquisition efforts.
- Landing Page Management: Planning and making modifications to landing pages (no prior technical expertise needed).
- Campaign Content : Planning and analyzing content for marketing campaigns.
- Competitor Analysis : Conducting research and analysis on competitors to refine strategies.
- Operational Enhancements : Studying and implementing improvements in the above areas to optimize effectiveness.
Required skills
- Familiarity with U.S. stocks, ETFs, options trading, and related financial instruments.
- At least 3 years of experience in online marketing.
- Proven track record of working with advertising agencies or affiliate service providers.
- Ability to analyze data to identify and solve problems.
- Strong ability to think and communicate logically.
- Proficiency in managing tasks with consideration for cost, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), ROI (Return on Investment), etc.
- Motivated to find solutions and address challenges even in difficult situations.
- Competence in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
