Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve individual revenue, order, and margin targets
- Strengthen market presence by supporting distributor activities and uncovering new growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure reliable sales reporting
- Analyze market trends and share strategic insights with internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer reach and competitive positioning
- Provide training and educational support to partners and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to regional execution plans and operational processes aligned with business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of consultative sales experience, ideally in healthcare or complex technical products
- Strong understanding of Japan's medical technology ecosystem and customer workflows
- Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into actionable sales plans
- Proven relationship-building skills across hospitals, clinics, and distributor networks
Soft Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive in managing daily priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level (preferred, not mandatory)
