We are partnered with our client to have an expert in ITIL lead their IT operations on a global scale.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Analyze IT services and performance, driving initiatives to improve and resolve issues
- Oversee all areas of IT including application and infrastructure side, partnering with global team to design and implement defect reduction programs
- Work with incident and change management teams to identify root causes and implement preventative plans to improve performance
- Continuously maintain report data and create an environment where report requests can be handled at any time.
- Drive regular IT Incident Review Meetings and partner with business stakeholders
Required skills
- 3+ years of ITIL experience
- Business fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in cloud (AWS/Azure, etc.)
