As an IT Support Engineer, you will handle internal user inquiries, manage system accounts and access rights, and support IT audit readiness including J-SOX / ITGC related information gathering.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, arrange, and organize required information related to J-SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Support log checks and system inventory coordination for assigned systems
- Handle internal requests for system account creation and manage access permissions
- Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries from development teams and business stakeholders
- Support day-to-day system operations and maintenance through reliable administrative execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on experience managing and issuing system accounts and access rights
- Strong documentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and write English documentation using translation tools
Soft Skills:
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and act without waiting for instructions
- Ability to escalate appropriately and consult decision-makers when problems occur
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills across multiple stakeholders
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Basic level (able to handle documents with translation support)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in an internal IT / information systems department
- Experience managing workflows using Kintone
- Experience using relational databases (RDB)
