Roles/Responsibilities
- Responsible for practical aspects related to the design and deployment of the company's strategies, governance, and business processes.
- Provide upstream support for digital transformation initiatives within group companies, including strategy formulation, roadmap development, and solution planning.
- Support various tasks related to business and operational challenges analysis, DX strategy formulation, and DX solution planning for group companies.
- Assist in building technology-related strategies and controls within the company.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of the company's business strategies, business models, organizational structures, and business processes.
- Create various reports for management on company operations and contribute to identifying and resolving organizational operational challenges.
Required skills
- Ability to set up and execute a mid- to long term IT Strategy for a complex and large-scale business.
- Understanding of ideal structures for internal IT departments, including organizational roles, business processes, and personnel compositions.
- Knowledge and experience in the early stages of IT system development, such as system planning and requirements definition.
- Knowledge of corporate governance.
- Knowledge of IT practices, languages, and methodologies such as Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and job requirements.
- Fluency in Japanese and business level English.
Preferred skills
- Background in consulting firm, audit firm is preferred.
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect.
