IT Project Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedule including plans for communications, resourcing, risk, and issue management.
• Manages scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, and quality to meet the projects objectives.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on a project through proper project management practices.

Required skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with a successful track record of end to end project delivery in a multidisciplinary regulated environment.
• Fluent Japanese and Business English (JLPT N2 and above) .
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements.

Preferred skills

• Prince2/PMP/Agile certification nice to have
• Experience in the Insurance/Finance industries nice to have
• Good meeting, effective reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills

Personal Attributes

• Team Player, strong leadership and will to achieve in-charge projects.
• Communication skills with stakeholders from all levels (from management members to project team members)
