Required skills

• 10+years of experience Project Management and Business Analysis
• 10+ years of experience working with Fixed Income Technologies
• Must be native Japanese and fluent in English.

Preferred skills

• Have more than 5years of People Management experience
• Have Software Solutions Delivery background
