Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage and administer systems, software, and networks to ensure consistent and reliable operation
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and ensure timely resolution of system issues
- Maintain reliability of systems and networks by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting
- Work with leadership to maintain Information Security, including continuous maintenance/implementation of best practices and systems
- Assist IT projects including DX and the introduction of cutting-edge systems
- Maintain documentation and user manuals for operational efficiency
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk and operations support
- Business fluency in Japanese is a must
- Knowledge of cloud or virtual servers great to have
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity is nice to have
- CCNA, ITIL, or other IT certifications nice to have
