Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Investor Relations industry to effectively respond to client needs.
- Conduct product and system training sessions for new and existing clients to enhance product usage.
- Handle routine communication with internal teams, partners, and clients via telephone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Facilitate client setup, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of project status and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
- Prepare customized spreadsheets and perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
- Monitor technical issue ticketing system and work with advisors and product teams to resolve issues.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in client account management, preferably within Fintech, Finance, or related industries.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Superior analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new applications.
