The HR Strategy Manager will be able to contribute to other corporate planning projects as well.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Leading the formulation and execution of short, medium, and long-term HR strategies.
- Managing progress and proposing improvements for projects related to the HR area and corporate planning at large
- Regular communication and presentation of new initiatives to the Board of Directors.
- Training, mentoring, and hiring of junior staff.
Required skills
- Broad knowledge of HR systems, operations, and labor management (either in a business company or consulting).
- Experience as a project leader.
- Business-level English skills (able to read/write reports, communicate verbally)
