As an HR Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping HR strategies and priorities for Japan, aligning them with global business needs and supporting organizational growth. Working closely with managers and global stakeholders, you will design talent strategies, drive cultural change, and influence executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational and talent assessments to identify strengths and gaps.

- Collaborate with COE and HR Operations teams to deliver HR strategies effectively.
- Act as a strategic business partner, ensuring HR initiatives support both global and Japan-specific needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven strategic HR business partner experience with a strong track record in talent management and organizational development.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level fluency.
- English: Fluent, business-level proficiency.
- Ability to influence global headquarters, articulating Japan's unique requirements.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in both global and local HR roles, ideally within manufacturing or technology-driven industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex, global organizations.
