Roles/Responsibilities
- As the HR Generalist, you will be a key player in our HR team, overseeing talent acquisition, payroll, and talent development functions. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and supporting our employees in their professional growth.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent in the renewable energy field. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Work closely with finance to streamline payroll processes and address employee inquiries related to compensation.
- Implement and oversee talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create programs that align with career growth.
- Take ownership of HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Handle employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes with efficiency and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
- Background in talent acquisition, payroll, and talent development.
- Familiarity with Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
