Roles/Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and retail goals.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to retail leadership on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, design learning initiatives, and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Required skills
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on retail or multi-unit operations.
