Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute mid-to-long-term business and HR strategies
- Align HR initiatives with sales and operational goals to drive performance
- Lead recruitment planning and progress management for new graduate and mid-career hiring
- Analyze business strategy to identify HR challenges and recommend solutions
- Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to organizational needs
- Investigate employee relations issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with executive and department leaders across the company
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 3 years in HR, ideally in organizations with 500+ employees
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and change management capabilities
- Adaptability and eagerness to collaborate across all levels
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level proficiency
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in talent planning, organizational development, or HR business partnering within large-scale or matrix organizations
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability in a fast-paced environment
