We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Organizational Development to lead and manage the comprehensive HR programs for a leading global company of 15.000+ employees in Japan
Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, D&I, and L&D sections.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers to ensure effective execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Drive the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement talent management programs to foster employee development and career growth.
- Enhance learning and development initiatives to upskill and reskill the workforce.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large organization (10+ years)
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and learning & development.
Preferred skills
- Experience working for 3000+ employees size company (in Japan)
