Roles/Responsibilities
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their design goals.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply recent studies to enhance design elements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and usage scenarios aligning with the current user interface.
- Analyze user feedback and iteratively improve user experience.
- Collaborate with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
Required skills
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, Marvel, etc.
- Basic understanding of web standards and front-end production (HTML/CSS).
Preferred skills
- Experience creating web content for specialized audiences.
- Experience working with a design system.
