Join a global digital services leader as a PM Support Specialist (Haken), contributing to data quality improvements, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination across a large-scale E-commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with product, data, and business teams to enhance the value of digital services through structured project support, data operations, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support data quality improvement initiatives across multiple business units.
- Optimize and streamline data operations workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Plan and execute data expansion measures aligned with business growth needs.
- Coordinate data utilization strategies in collaboration with product, BI, and business teams.
- Support project progress tracking, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Assist with issue investigation and operational troubleshooting for data-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in PMO, Project Management, or Product Management roles.
- Hands-on skills in SQL or Python for analysis and investigation.
- Experience supporting project planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Logical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
- Ability to operate proactively in ambiguous or complex environments.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience applying AI to improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of data management practices and frameworks.
- Experience using Confluence, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
