As part of the Storage Management Group, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise private cloud storage platforms that support hundreds of development teams and millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize large-scale Ceph Storage clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Design and implement storage infrastructure solutions that support enterprise private cloud platforms.
- Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues through deep technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines while driving automation initiatives for storage deployment and operational efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 mission-critical storage services and data availability.
- Collaborate with cloud platform teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable storage services for application development teams.
- Monitor storage platform performance, capacity, and health, implementing proactive improvements where required.
- Contribute to infrastructure architecture enhancements and continuous service optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering Ceph Storage environments.
- Experience managing and scaling enterprise, open-source, or commercial distributed storage platforms.
- Practical experience with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
- Strong Linux server administration and infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, storage systems, or enterprise platform operations.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability infrastructure architecture.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and advanced technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within international engineering teams.
- Proactive approach to infrastructure monitoring, system reliability, and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed storage architectures.
- Automation experience using Python, Go, Bash, Ansible, SaltStack, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, and Container Storage Interface (CSI).
- Experience supporting high-concurrency production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, observability platforms, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with enterprise private cloud platforms is highly desirable.
