Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and system reliability.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, resource utilization, and overall platform health.
- Configure, maintain, and improve cloud-native environments to support business-critical applications.
- Respond to system alerts and production incidents, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore services quickly.
- Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure stability and deployment processes.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements that enhance scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure operations, cloud engineering, or system maintenance.
- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Practical experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience supporting cloud-native environments and Kubernetes clusters.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and production support.
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across infrastructure and development teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience performing root cause analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
