Roles/Responsibilities
- Analyzing the global HRIS support model and adapting it to fit the specific needs and regulations in Japan.
- Involvement in discussions and decisions regarding the global HRIS support model
- Designing the organizational structure to support the implementation of the HRIS support model
- Ensuring a smooth transition from planning to operational phases
- Implementing a culture of continuous improvement to adapt the support model to evolving business needs.
Required skills
- At least 3 years of experience leading the planning and management of SuccessFactors (SFSF) operations
- Proficient in making informed decisions through discussions and negotiations with global team members in English, adept at fostering collaboration within the work environment
- Demonstrated expertise in achieving consensus among diverse stakeholders in Japan, including a comprehensive understanding of HR processes.
Preferred skills
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with global counterparts, regardless of English proficiency
- Tech industry experience
