Key Responsibilities

Support regulatory capital adequacy reporting in alignment with Japanese financial regulations (FSA/JSDA).

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the financial services or securities industry.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and capital adequacy requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with FSA/JSDA regulatory reporting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and internal control design.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business-level fluency (required for internal and external communication).
- English: Business-level proficiency (for global coordination).
