Plan and coordinate end-to-end internal and external meetings, events, and webinars for corporate clients
Serve as a primary contact for operational follow-ups with clients and internal teams
Communicate with suppliers, venues, and service providers to organize event logistics
Manage guest information, schedules, materials, and on-site arrangements
Support budget tracking and provide accurate reporting
2+ years' experience in event operations, corporate travel, or project coordination
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Comfortable using basic office tools (Excel, online forms) and open to learning internal systems
Team player with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Japanese: Fluent (native level)
English: Intermediate to Business level
