Roles/Responsibilities
- Achieve Net Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth for the relevant solutions and services.
- Join in meetings together with Sales as the Subject Matter Expert, advising clients how the solutions can help them achieve their carbon reduction goals.
- Provide post-sales assistance and information to clients.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on presentations and market insights delivery.
- Generate innovative ideas through client feedback for product enhancement.
Required skills
- At least 5-10 years' experience in commodity trading/analysis, sustainability consulting, ESG or relevant industry.
- Passion for energy, commodities, and sustainability. Knowledge about Hydrogen, Ammonia or other carbon neutral fuels is particularly advantageous.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities in both Japanese and English as you will be liaising with global counterparts as well as advising local clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
