Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Governance: Develop IT and DX strategies, establish digital governance frameworks, design organisational structures, and support technology investment planning.
• IT Management & Transformation: Help organisations modernise IT operating models, optimise system development processes, and strengthen technology management capabilities.
• ERP Implementation & Project Management: Lead or support large-scale enterprise system modernisation, ERP implementation, and digital transformation projects from planning through deployment.
• Data Governance & Management: Establish data governance frameworks, improve data management practices, and support the development of data platforms, architectures, and enterprise data strategies.
• AI & Business Process Transformation: Leverage artificial intelligence, automation, process mining, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business decision-making.
• Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management: Strengthen cybersecurity governance, assess technology risks, implement security controls, and support IT audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Finance & Sustainability Transformation: Drive digital transformation across finance, accounting, and sustainability functions through business process reengineering (BPR), automation, and improved management of financial and non-financial data.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, technology specialists, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Manager / Senior Manager: Proven experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, or project management, with expertise in one or more relevant specialist areas.
• Experience in IT/DX strategy, technology investment planning, digital operating models, system planning, or IT risk management.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, enterprise system modernisation, or PM/PMO projects.
• Expertise in business transformation using RPA, process mining, artificial intelligence, or automation technologies.
• Experience with data platforms, data warehouses (DWH), data lakes, master data management (MDM), data architecture, information security, or privacy management.
• Experience in finance transformation, FP&A, accounting process optimisation, sustainability reporting, or non-financial information management.
• Consultant / Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the following areas.
• Enterprise system development, including requirements gathering, implementation, release, and operational support.
• Implementation projects involving RPA, ETL, process mining, AI, or related technologies.
• Enterprise system modernisation or digital transformation projects within corporate organisations.
• IT planning, digital transformation, or information security functions.
• IT systems auditing within corporations or professional audit firms.
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder coordination during technology implementation projects.
• Financial auditing experience within an audit firm.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Previous experience in IT consulting, DX consulting, or technology transformation projects within a consulting or professional services firm.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, leading consulting engagements, or managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong business-level English communication skills for international client engagements.
• Professional project management or IT certifications, including PMP or advanced Japanese Information Technology Engineer Examination qualifications.
• Accounting certifications such as Japanese Certified Public Accountant (JCPA) or USCPA.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification.
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification.
• CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) certification.
• Experience combining business strategy, technology implementation, and risk management to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
