- Identify vulnerabilities, including designing and conducting penetration tests.

- Stay updated on the latest security threats, countermeasures, and technologies.
- Promote cybersecurity training and ensure compliance across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

2+ years of professional experience in systems engineering or security engineering.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business fluency (essential for stakeholder communication).
- English: Basic level (for global collaboration).
Soft Skills:

- Certifications such as CISA or ISMS are a plus.
