    This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth deal execution by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to senior professionals.     Key Responsibilities

    • Manage contract administration, including preparation, binding, dispatch, and invoice creation
    • Process revenue accounting, expense tracking, and workload management using SAP
    • Coordinate schedules and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
    • Prepare and organise materials for board and executive meetings
    • Handle phone communications and business card management
    • Arrange domestic and international business travel logistics

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • A junior college degree or above.
    • 3+ years of full-time work experience
    • Practical experience in sales administration or business support within financial institutions or professional firms
    • Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a business environment
    • Exposure to using English in daily work, including email correspondence and basic phone communication
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Clear and professional communication skills
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Background in banking, securities, insurance, legal firms, accounting firms, or consulting organisations
    • Interest in building a career within corporate finance or M&A advisory
