This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth deal execution by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to senior professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration, including preparation, binding, dispatch, and invoice creation
- Process revenue accounting, expense tracking, and workload management using SAP
- Coordinate schedules and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and organise materials for board and executive meetings
- Handle phone communications and business card management
- Arrange domestic and international business travel logistics
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- A junior college degree or above.
- 3+ years of full-time work experience
- Practical experience in sales administration or business support within financial institutions or professional firms
- Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a business environment
- Exposure to using English in daily work, including email correspondence and basic phone communication
Soft Skills:
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Background in banking, securities, insurance, legal firms, accounting firms, or consulting organisations
- Interest in building a career within corporate finance or M&A advisory
