A leading travel tech company is seeking a Corporate Airline Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and manage key accounts within the corporate airline sector.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients, ensuring compliance and optimal terms.
- Lead strategic account development, maximizing growth opportunities and client engagement.
- Oversee the execution and modification of contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Develop and implement sales procedures and policies, enhancing sales performance and market coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities through effective sales activities and market analysis.
Required skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the airline or OTA/BTM industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the airline industry, particularly in business travel.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills for strategic initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts.
- Native Japanese and Business English (Chinese is a plus).
