Core Java Developer - Fintech Backend Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Core Java backend components for high-performance trading systems

• Design scalable, low-latency backend services and system architecture

• Implement new platform features, APIs, and microservices

• Optimize system reliability, throughput, and performance across distributed components

• Collaborate with engineers and product partners to align technical requirements

• Plan, prioritize, and execute development tasks independently

• Contribute to long-term technical direction, coding standards, and engineering best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Core Java

• Experience with TCP/UDP network protocols

• Knowledge of RDBMS or NoSQL storage systems

• Proven experience building or maintaining high-performance backend services

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Soft Skills:

Language Requirements:
