Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven applications using machine learning and generative AI models.
- Build and optimize APIs to integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain internal AI frameworks to deploy, manage, and scale ML models.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve the quality and reliability of generative AI outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate, demonstrate, and productionize AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong engineering background in AI platforms, MLOps, and system development.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Java in production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and Linux-based systems.
- Solid understanding of data science fundamentals, including statistics and machine learning.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level (or N1 equivalent)
