    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct best-practice analyses to identify repeatable growth strategies.
    • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to enhance reporting efficiency.
    • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to senior leaders.
    • Standardize analytics processes and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial, financial, or data analysis.
    Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
    • Experience working with BI, ERP, or CRM systems (preferred).
    • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project management.
    Soft Skills:
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
    Language Requirements
    • Japanese: Fluent (required)
    • English: Basic to business level (required for reporting and communication)

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience with commercial operations in life sciences or medical device companies.
    • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and reporting automation.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data storytelling.
