Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance models and KPIs for strategic accounts.
- Design dashboards and reports to monitor project and account results.
- Streamline analytical workflows to improve cross-functional decision-making.
- Conduct best-practice analyses to identify repeatable growth strategies.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to senior leaders.
- Standardize analytics processes and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial, financial, or data analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with BI, ERP, or CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project management.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (required)
- English: Basic to business level (required for reporting and communication)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with commercial operations in life sciences or medical device companies.
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and reporting automation.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data storytelling.
