Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to post-investment portfolio monitoring and value creation
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting in Japan
- Hands-on experience in M&A or PMI (Post-Merger Integration) is essential

- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to assess investment opportunities and build business cases
