Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new hotel partners within the assigned Kanto territory.
- Conduct in-person meetings with hotel owners and commercial leaders to present the platform's value proposition.
- Negotiate competitive rates, allocation terms, and long-term commercial agreements.
- Structure differentiated partnership conditions to maximize mutual revenue growth.
- Prioritize accounts based on revenue uplift potential and strategic value.
- Develop joint business plans to increase partner performance and conversion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine contracting strategies.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition.
- Support strategic account planning and long-term supplier relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Direct experience within the travel, hospitality, or hotel industry.
- Proven background in commercial, contracting, or supplier-facing business development roles.
