Business Analyst (haken)

Major Tech Firm seeking a BA to work within the Strategy Office. You will be supporting IT and administrative functions with C-level executive collaboration.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine requirements for clarity and thoroughness.
• Conduct workshops to gather stakeholder information.
• Identify and assess the impact of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to manage risks.
• Develop business cases to document needs and propose solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cooperation.
• Manage and report large data sets.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, business, or technical roles.
• Experience working in both global and Japanese companies.

Preferred skills

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Basic working proficiency in Japanese.
• Must reside in or near Tokyo.
