Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze existing workflows across Sales and Operations teams to identify key challenges and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business process improvement teams to define business and system requirements for BPM implementation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage project delivery from initiation through release
- Lead stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and decision-making across multiple departments
- Track project progress and provide clear status reporting to business users and leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in system operations management or business process improvement
- Experience managing teams as a Project Manager or Engineer
- Proven track record leading workflow visualization and requirements definition
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to build alignment with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
- Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for standardizing and optimizing process-driven operations
- Ability to work proactively and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level or above
- English: Conversational level ideal
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing or delivering large-scale IT projects
- Implementation experience with BPM or workflow tools such as PEGA or Salesforce
- Hands-on experience implementing BPM tools or workflow systems such as PEGA or Salesforce
- English level of TOEIC 600 or above
