In this role, you will collaborate directly with hotel partners to drive booking growth, develop joint campaigns, and translate product value into compelling partner-focused messaging. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint B2B marketing campaigns with hotel partners to increase booking performance.
- Support business development teams in partner meetings by presenting marketing strategies and growth plans.
- Create and localize campaign assets including case studies, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
- Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions for hotel partners.
- Plan and support trade shows, roadshows, and offline marketing initiatives across Japan.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights on the Japan OTA and accommodation market.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives using data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams locally and regionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience within OTA, hospitality, or accommodation industries.
- Experience working directly with hotel partners or online travel platforms.
- Proven track record executing B2B campaign or partner marketing initiatives.
- Experience creating sales enablement and marketing materials.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

- Strong storytelling and presentation skills in client-facing settings.
- Commercial mindset with clear understanding of revenue impact.
