A globally recognized data, analytics, and market intelligence organization is seeking an experienced APAC Head of Sales to lead a specialized regional sales team across Asia Pacific. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and influence business direction across multiple high-growth Asian markets.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders while leading high-performing sales professionals covering corporate and financial institution clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior sales professionals across APAC to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and execute mid-to-long-term commercial strategies aligned with regional business priorities.
- Develop tactical sales plans, monitor pipeline performance, and drive forecasting accuracy through CRM platforms.
- Identify skill gaps within the sales organization and implement training initiatives to improve team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support enterprise growth initiatives.
- Drive strategic client engagement across corporate and financial institution sectors.
- Support organizational transformation and growth initiatives across the APAC business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and sales leadership within fintech, technology, financial services, or enterprise solution environments.
- Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams through periods of growth and organizational change.
- Strong experience covering corporate clients; financial institution coverage experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency using CRM platforms for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution.
- Experience leading regional or multinational sales teams across APAC markets.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to solve complex business challenges while keeping teams motivated and aligned.
- Highly organized and commercially driven with strong execution skills.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level fluency.
- English: Business level proficiency.
- Korean language skills are a strong advantage.

- Experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, fintech, or market intelligence solutions.
- Strong understanding of APAC financial markets and enterprise sales environments.
- Experience managing strategic regional growth initiatives within matrix organizations.
