The Account Management Specialist position we are recruiting for will be responsible for maximizing the expansion of affiliated stores on our platform, as well as handling negotiations, contract agreements, and project management to promote usage.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Contract negotiations with sellers and affiliated stores, including economic terms and scope of responsibility
- Managing sales status to achieve goals
- Proposing sales promotions after listing and providing sales expansion consulting
- Supporting the management of team members
- Supporting the management of work progress
Required skills
- Over 3 years of experience in corporate sales or consulting within the IT/Web industry
- Proven track record of establishing and achieving results through reproducible methods
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and proposals
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel (including vlookup, if, pivot) or spreadsheets
- Experience in coordinating and negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a history of high sales performance
Preferred skills
- Experience in corporate sales within an e-commerce company
- Enjoyment of the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the IT industry, startups, or ventures
- Experience in leading or managing a small team (approximately 3 members)
