Head of Savings Operations
Morgan McKinley is currently supporting a fantastic organisation based in Bath, to recruit a Head of Savings Operations, which is a key role for my client focusing on leading and developing the management of the Savings Operations, across the Head Office-based Customer Service Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a collaborative, supportive and well-established organisation, and you would be responsible for service delivery, supporting the growth of the customer base and management of associated operational risks and costs.
This role offers a broad remit, and you would also take responsibility for managing and growing capability for the delivery of Savings products and supporting the adoption of new technologies and business processes.
In addition, you will have oversight of service delivery improvements, support the growth of the personal savings book and drive Customer Relationship Management and Retention Strategies.
My client is looking for a candidate with experience of working in a similar role and ideally an understanding of the Savings Market. Strong leadership, project management and decision-making skills are all key requirements to be successful in this role.
This role offers hybrid working, with the successful candidate ideally in the office at least 2 days a week.
