The team brings decades of industry expertise, delivering innovative, tailored solutions and placing complex commercial insurance programmes for clients of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

Place a wide range of commercial insurance risks into the market

Provide prompt, accurate, and expert insurance advice to clients

Liaise effectively with insurer partners to secure the best solutions

Deliver high-quality, client-focused service including MTAs and query handling

Manage files efficiently to ensure cases are completed accurately and on time

Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality

Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures
Skills & Experience

Experience in commercial or corporate insurance account handling

Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and market practices

Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients and complex risk profiles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all channels

CII qualified or actively working towards qualification
