    Senior Financial Adviser - Leading Global Advisory & Professional Services Firm - London / Manchester / Reigate - Competitive Package + Bonus + Benefits

    We are partnering confidentially with a leading global advisory and professional services firm to recruit a Senior Financial Adviser into its established Financial Planning division. This role focuses on delivering regulated advice and high-quality guidance to individuals connected to large corporate and workplace pension clients.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser looking to operate in a non-sales, client-led environment, with no requirement to bring an existing client bank. You'll join a highly professional advisory team with strong governance, ethical standards and long-term career progression.

    About the Organisation

    Our client is a globally recognised advisory and professional services firm, operating across risk, advisory and people-related solutions. The organisation works with many of the world's largest corporates, pension schemes and institutions, providing specialist advice underpinned by deep technical expertise and strong regulatory standards.

    Their Financial Planning division is well established and highly regarded, delivering guidance and regulated advice to employees and members of large workplace pension arrangements. The business is known for its ethical, client-first approach, robust governance framework and commitment to doing the right thing - creating a stable, credible environment for advisers to build long-term careers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Advice & Financial Planning

    • Provide regulated financial advice and guidance to individual clients, primarily focused on retirement planning.
    • Advise on retirement income strategies including annuities, drawdown, UFPLS and blended solutions.
    • Support clients in retirement, adapting advice as circumstances and needs change.
    • Deliver advice on pension switching, consolidation, investment strategy and portfolio reviews.
    • Provide guidance on estate planning and complex pension tax matters, including Annual Allowance considerations.

    Workplace & Corporate Engagement

    • Deliver face-to-face and virtual workplace financial education sessions for employees of large corporate clients.
    • Build trusted relationships with clients, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and professional credibility.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to expand and enhance financial guidance services.

    Governance, Quality & Development

    • Ensure advice delivery meets regulatory requirements and internal quality frameworks.
    • Maintain Statement of Professional Standing and ongoing CPD requirements.
    • Support and mentor junior colleagues, paraplanners and administrators as required.
    • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

    Your Profile

    • Level 4 qualified with the ability to provide retail investment advice.
    • Strong experience in the UK financial advice market, particularly pensions and retirement planning.
    • In-depth knowledge of DB, DC and Cash Balance schemes, investment products and retirement income options.
    • Solid understanding of UK pensions tax, including Annual Allowance and protections.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing capability.
    • Comfortable working in a structured, governance-led advisory environment.
    • Familiarity with financial planning systems and tools (e.g. Voyant, Intelliflo, Morningstar, FE Analytics) advantageous.
