Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead supply chain planning at our clients manufacturing site. This role focuses on production scheduling, inventory management, and material availability, while driving integration, risk management, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Long-Range Planning processes

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and manufacturing capacity

• Lead capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain scenario analysis

• Support Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functions

• Monitor and control inventory levels to balance service, cost, and risk

• Track and report planning and operational performance metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet operational objectives

• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and system usage

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a manufacturing or supply chain planning role

• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred

• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
