- Liaise with brokers and stakeholders to ensure smooth underwriting processes.
- Handle system referrals, renewal reviews, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Up to $4,000 per month.
Job Description

Assist to expand Business Package business via broker channel.

Assist Underwriters to manage underwriting processes and procedures in compliance with the Business Package Underwriting Guidelines and Risk Appetite.

Support the Business Package underwriting team in system referrals and renewal invitation reviews.

Attend to queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including Brokers, Operations, and other functional teams) to ensure smooth underwriting processes.

Assist in preparing presentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project-related tasks on an ad hoc basis.
Job Requirements

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Prior experience in insurance underwriting support, broking, or operations will be an added advantage.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
