Job Overview
You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You'll be responsible for performing time motion studies for nursing homes and senior care centres.
Responsibilities
- Assist to plan and identify suitable nursing homes and senior care centres.
- Attend kick- off sessions with the selected nursing homes and senior centre stakeholders, explaining the respective objectives, identify the relevant processes, scope and duration of the projects.
- Conduct the time motion studies to map the processes (both "As-is" and "To-be")
- To collect, analyse and process data.
- Compute the ROIs for the selected technological solutions, if any.
- Attend closing meetings with the selected nursing homes and senior centres to recommend the technological solutions with their benefits and to close off the project.
Requirements
- GCE N Level or equivalent
- Must be willing to travel islandwide to different nursing homes and senior care centres across Singapore
- Strong observation and accurate record-keeping skills are required.
- Attentive and focused when engaging with residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood.
- Comfortable working in the typical environment of senior care facilities, including occasional odours and non-air-conditioned areas.
