Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for internal teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Support HR, finance, and operations teams with documentation, invoicing, and record keeping.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with organizing events, workshops, and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience as an administrative support executive, executive assistant or Project Admin/ PMO.
- Competency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office management systems and basic accounting/invoicing is a plus.
