Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to senior executives within a dynamic professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys building strong working relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications for senior stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, maintaining client records, and supporting project-related documentation and processes.
- Prepare, proofread, and format a wide range of documents and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the preparation of proposals, client materials, and event coordination in collaboration with internal teams.
- Handle billing, expenses, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or executive assistant within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in document management, MS Office, and business support systems.
- Diploma-level education or professional secretarial certification is an advantage.
