Your role will be to drive client satisfaction and retention within the Korean market. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing high-value clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our financial services information solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, providing exceptional service and support.
- Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing client accounts, increasing revenue and market share.
- Product Expertise: Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services to address their specific needs.
- Client Success Strategy: Develop and implement tailored client success plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Korean
- Client first attitude
- Prior experience in a Customer Success or Business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with SaaS-based solutions or financial services information providers is preferred but not essential
