They are a leading European luxury ready-to-wear brand with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, operating over 15 boutiques in the region and headquartered in Singapore. As they prepare to launch an exclusive new Private Salon, they are seeking an experienced manager to lead this concept.
About the role:
As a VIP Client Relations Manager, you will represent the brand to an exclusive clientele, delivering a discreet and highly personalized luxury experience. You will oversee salon operations, drive client engagement and sales, and uphold the Maison's heritage and standards of excellence.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Curate exceptional, highly personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients, fostering deep brand loyalty through tailored service and discretion.
Showroom Management
- Oversee the daily operations and elevated presentation of the private showroom, ensuring a refined and welcoming environment at all times.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver impeccable service aligned with the brand's values and expectations.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement, proactive clienteling, and high-value conversions.
Brand Representation
- Act as a trusted ambassador for the Maison, representing its heritage and excellence both in the showroom and at elite external events.
About the successful applicant:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client services, with a proven record of managing elite clientele.
- Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and understanding of cultural sensitivity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, French) are a plus.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to drive high-performing teams.
- Sophisticated presence, with a deep appreciation for luxury, craftsmanship, and elevated service.
