Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to identify a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair essential building equipment while coordinating with contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the company's entire property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute troubleshooting and repairs for critical facility systems, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
- Ensure peak operational performance through the scheduled preventive maintenance of all facility-related equipment
- Coordinate with external contractors to supervise on-site repairs and ensure the quality of outsourced service works
- Provide immediate technical support for urgent equipment breakdowns and resolve facility-related feedback promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, update service records, and manage inventory for spare parts and consumables
- Oversee the general upkeep and operational standards across the company's entire property portfolio
Key Requirements:
- Minimum NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- At least 3 years of proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Skilled in performing general repairs and hands-on electrical maintenance tasks
- Ability to read and accurately interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Capable of working independently with a proactive, disciplined, and positive attitude
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous
