Job Summary
You will be deployed to an MOE affiliated school.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
- Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries
- Apply Customer Service etiquette such as showing empathy, listen actively, communicate in a friendly manner
- Attend to students in the sickbay
- Administer First Aid when required
- Contact parents when required
- Co-ordinate early dismissal of students
- Data Entry
- Receive goods delivered and coordinate with the ordering person
- Assist general office staff with school events
- Any other duties assigned by the school
Requirements
- ESS Career Readiness Certificate (operations) or ESS Workplace Literacy and numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
- Shall have at least 3 years of experience in administrative duties
- Prior Experience working in school environment will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Additional Details
- Work Area: Sengkang
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
- Rest Days: Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Contract Period: 2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (1 Year)
