Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant - Corporate Communications
We are partnering with a reputable international communications consultancy to appoint a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join its growing Singapore team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading multinational organisations, financial institutions, and listed companies, delivering high-impact corporate communications and investor relations programmes across the region.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in advising clients, leading integrated communications initiatives, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to business growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of a portfolio of corporate communications and investor relations clients.
- Develop and deliver strategic communications programmes that support clients' business objectives.
- Provide trusted communications counsel to senior stakeholders across a diverse range of industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and international media.
- Drive media engagement through proactive pitching and relationship management.
- Produce high-quality communications materials, including media releases, speeches, presentations, factsheets and executive messaging.
- Support new business development through proposals, pitches and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
About You
- Experience in corporate communications, public relations or investor relations, ideally gained within a communications consultancy.
- Experience working with multinational organisations, financial institutions or listed companies.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and develop impactful communications programmes.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience securing media coverage and building strong relationships with journalists.
- A collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline. Candidates with backgrounds in journalism or finance are also encouraged to apply.
